Return and Exchange Policy

I want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item(s) for a refund to your original payment method with the following conditions:

  • Shipping charges will not be refunded. Return shipping charges are your responsibility.

  • Product(s) must be returned unused with all the original packaging and accessories.

  • All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

  • Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the original delivery date.

  • If you refuse delivery of your order for any reason, your original shipping charges will not be refunded. Additionally, return shipping charges will be deducted at cost.

  • If there is an issue with your order (missing or wrong item, damaged package, etc), you must inform me within 72 hours past delivery.
